Global Talent Acquisition forms part of the Talent & Development Centre of Excellence within the Firm’s Global HR operating model, supporting the Firm in identifying, attracting and recruiting the talent needed to meet current and future business needs.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead legal Talent Acquisition activities for the Paris office, one of the Firm’s largest markets globally, partnering closely with business leaders, hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver the Firm’s hiring priorities and strengthen our position in an increasingly competitive talent market.
You will have operational accountability for the Paris office for legal experienced hire and Early Talent recruitment, leveraging the Firm’s employer brand and sourcing capabilities to support attraction and hiring, alongside strong stakeholder partnership and talent market insight.
