KeyResponsibilities

BusinessDevelopment&SalesSupport

• Identifyandengageprospectiveclientsthroughoutboundactivity,referralsandnetworkingopportunities.

• Supportthesalesprocessfrominitialoutreachthroughonboardingandongoingrelationshipmanagement.

• BuildandmaintainahealthypipelineofopportunitiesusingSalesforceandinternalsystems.

• Collaboratewithseniorcolleaguesoncommercialdiscussionsandclientproposals.

• Contributetoachievingteamsalesobjectivesandcommercialtargets.

ClientRelationshipManagement

• DeveloprelationshipswithFrench-speakingcorporateclientsandprospects.

• UnderstandclientneedsandintroducerelevantFXandinternationalpaymentsolutions.

• Supportaccountmanagementactivitiesandhelpstrengthenexistingclientrelationships.

• Maintainregularcontactwithclientsandensureahighstandardofservice.

Learning&Development

• Buildknowledgeofforeignexchangemarkets,hedgingsolutionsandinternationalpayments.

• LearnMonex'ssalesmethodology,productsandregulatoryframework.

• Participateactivelyincoaching,trainingsessionsanddeskdevelopmentinitiatives.

Conduct,Risk&Compliance

Requirements

• FluencyinEnglishandFrenchismandatory.AdditionalEuropeanlanguagesareaplus.

• 1-4yearsof previous experience in sales, business development, financial services, FX, payments, banking or a related commercial environment is desirable.

• Strongcommunicationandrelationship-buildingskills.

• Commercialmindsetwithaninterestinfinancialmarketsandinternationalbusiness.

• Comfortableworkinginatarget-drivenenvironment.
