Job Description

1.Act as an NGCM subject matter expert, advising business units on campaign feasibility and solution capabilities.

2.Assess campaign requests to ensure feasibility, business alignment, customer impact, and SLA compliance.

3.Provide recommendations on campaign design, optimization, and prioritization.

4.Review and pre-design campaign requirements to ensure complete and accurate NGCM configuration.

5.Coordinate campaign execution with stakeholders and manage timelines to meet launch schedules and SLAs.

6.Perform quality assurance to ensure campaigns are accurately configured and executed.

7.Manage change requests with the NGCM configuration team and track delivery timelines.
