Associate Technical Specialist - Sample Management

IQVIA Discovery Sciences in Cambridge is seeking anAssociate Technical Specialist to support our Sample Management team, helping to deliver critical laboratory operations that accelerate research programmes.

What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain automated laboratory platforms, including Echo, Tecan, Janus, Beckman, HighRes, Mosquito, SmartCell and Hamilton Tube Store systems.
• Support liquid handling protocol development and routine sample management activities.
• Complete SAP transactions and laboratory documentation accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• BSc in a scientific discipline.
• Laboratory experience gained through academia or industry.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and data handling skills.
• Good IT literacy and interest in automation technologies.
• Experience within Pharma, Biotech or CRO environments and knowledge of liquid handling automation would be advantageous.
