Production Line Operator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Abbott in Kilkenny is hiring Production Line Operators to join our modern, high-tech manufacturing team. No previous manufacturing experience is required, many of our employees have successfully moved from retail, hospitality, warehouse, and healthcare roles. You’ll work in a clean, automated environment where processes are clear and support is always available.

About the Role 

As a Production Line Operator, you will work as part of a team in a structured and supportive environment, helping to produce life-changing healthcare products. You’ll be trained to work with modern automated equipment, where your role is to monitor processes, follow clear steps, and ensure quality standards are met. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Operating and monitoring automated production equipment 

• Following simple, step-by-step procedures 

• Recording basic production information 

• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets 

• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
