Oliver WymanDescription:
Oliver Wyman, a Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) business, is a management consulting firm driven by deep industry insight, bold innovation, and a collaborative approach that cuts through complexity to help organizations navigate their most defining transformative moments.
The Opportunity:
The Quotient Inside AI Product Enablement Analyst is part of the AI Capability & Adoption team at Oliver Wyman. Working within a global Centre of Excellence, you will help colleagues across the firm build practical AI fluency - turning curiosity into confident, responsible use. You will shape how AI tools are used across the firm, using the most underrated tool in AI: precise writing.Â
Working closely with the Director of AI Product Enablement and the Product Strategy leadership team, the Analyst contributes to coaching support, prompt refinement, AI assistant evaluation, and enablement materials that help scale responsible AI adoption across the firm.Â
This is a hands-on enablement role with real scope to grow. If you enjoy testing and refining until something works, explaining complex things simply, and writing with precision, this role will feel like home. You will be supported to develop deeper AI expertise as you go - no two days will look the same.Â
Key Responsibilities:
Prompt & Skill WritingÂ
Write clear, reusable prompts, skills, and structured guides that help colleagues get consistent, reliable results from AI toolsÂ
Refine prompts and skills for practical team use, turning fuzzy requests into precise, unambiguous instructionsÂ
Validate outputs for clarity, consistency, safety, and usabilityÂ
AI Workflow DesignÂ
Map how a task should flow through an AI-supported workflow: defining steps, decision points, and handoffs in plain languageÂ
Test prompts and workflows against real use cases, spot where instructions break down, and refine the wording until it worksÂ
Explore AI tools to understand their strengths, limitations, and best-fit use cases - and document what you learn in reusable formÂ
Documentation & Living ExemplarsÂ
Co-create and maintain prompt libraries, living exemplars, and structured guides for the Centre of ExcellenceÂ
Document tested use cases in reusable formatsÂ
Contribute technical examples and demos to training and enablement materialsÂ
Coaching Support & Community EngagementÂ
Support office hours and working sessions Â
Help translate user questions into structured AI prompts or Product Strategy team actions and backlog itemsÂ
Guide colleagues toward the right resources, tools, and exemplarsÂ
Respond to inbound AI questions with patience, clarity, and practical adviceÂ
Pattern Awareness & FeedbackÂ
Track recurring questions and usage patternsÂ
Share structured observations with the AI Product Strategy team leadsÂ
Contribute technical input to decks and enablement documentationÂ
Experience Required:
Around 2 years of experience in technical writing, translation or localisation, instructional design, editorial work, knowledge management, consulting communications, digital enablement, or a related field - or a portfolio of practical work that shows equivalent skillÂ
Practical experience implementing AI in real work: examples could include prompts or workflows you built and refined, AI-assisted processes you introduced to a team, or documented use cases you tested and improvedÂ
Experience writing structured documentation, technical guides, style guides, or instructional content in a collaborative environment. Â
This role does not involve building LLM pipelines, RAG systems, model fine-tuning, or ML infrastructure - no coding background is required. Â
The craft is language, structure, and design, not codeÂ
Skills and Attributes:
Exceptional written clarity: you can turn a fuzzy request into precise, unambiguous instructions, and you think about how words will be interpreted - by a person or by a modelÂ
Experience writing structured content: documentation, guides, translations, training materials, or editorial workÂ
Curious and experimentation driven - you enjoy testing how wording changes AI outputÂ
Detail-oriented and reliable - you notice ambiguity, inconsistency, and gaps that others missÂ
Analytical mindset and attention to detailÂ
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishÂ
A genuine learning orientation - energised by new challenges, not daunted by themÂ
What we can offer you:
Full time job contract with an attractive compensation package
Flexible benefits package which you can tailor to your needs (e.g. private health care, insurance, sport card, lunch card, gift card, saving plan, pension plan)
Opportunity for professional growth in a stable, global company
Access to mentoring and training programs

Working in diverse and dynamic teams, friendly and flexible workplace that promotes work-life balance
A range of digital collaboration and online communication tools to support effective team work

Fresh fruit, beverages and snacks while working in our modern office near the city center.
Please submit your CV in English when applying.
