Job Summary

The role is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing Core WiFi service platforms to ensure network reliability, service quality, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will oversee subscriber management systems, network policy enforcement, IP resource management, and security controls while supporting capacity growth and customer experience improvement initiatives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support subscriber management platforms, including RADIUS-based AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting) solutions.

  • Manage subscriber policies, QoS, bandwidth profiles, and traffic management to enhance customer experience and service quality.

  • Administer DHCP and CGNAT platforms to ensure efficient IP resource utilization and seamless network connectivity.

  • Configure and maintain network security policies across Firewall, IPS, and DPI platforms.

  • Monitor service performance, troubleshoot network issues, and perform root cause analysis to ensure service stability.

  • Analyze network utilization, capacity trends, and customer experience metrics to drive continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Core Network, WiFi, Broadband, ISP, or Telecommunications environments.
  • Strong knowledge of AAA/RADIUS, DHCP, CGNAT, QoS, subscriber policy management, and bandwidth optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with network security technologies, including Firewall, IPS, and DPI, as well as network performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex network issues and capacity planning initiatives.
