Location: Remote
- Connector Development & Configuration:
Installing and configuring OIM connectors for Trusted and Target reconciliation like (Active Directory, LDAP, PeopleSoft) and creating custom adapters for unique target systems.
Customization and Extension:
Utilizing Java, J2EE, and Oracle ADF to build custom event handlers, custom APIs, and customize UI task flows, including using sandboxes to modify application UI.
Workflow Development (SOA):
Designing and customizing Oracle SOA workflows for multi-level approvals, access policies, and automated provisioning, including creating custom tasks and escalation rules.
Identity Governance & Compliance:
Configuring Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) policies, managing attestation, and configuring access policies for user lifecycle management.
- Technical Environment Expertise: Experience with WebLogic Server, Oracle Database, LDAP servers, and IDEs like JDeveloper or Eclipse.
Key Responsibilities
User Provisioning: Developing custom workflows for user lifecycle events (Create, Update, Delete, Disable).
Reconciliation: Implementing trusted source reconciliation (e.g., HRMS) and target reconciliation to ensure compliance.
Deployment: Using the OIM Deployment Manager to migrate code between environments.
Debugging: Utilizing loggers to analyze runtime exceptions and trace errors.
Common Qualifications & Skills
Languages: Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, SQL, XML, and Shell scripting.
Frameworks: Oracle Identity Manager (14c 14.1.2.1)
Experience Level: Typically, 5-8+ years of OIM experience
