Position Details:
Patient Access Associate - Falls Church, VA
Location                            :  Falls Church, VA 22042- Onsite
Project Duration           :  4+ months
Pay range                         : $19.12 – 23.90 per hour
 
Job Summary 
 
  • Experience assisting Patient Access leadership to promote effective and efficient department operations and achieve revenue cycle goals by serving as a leader to front line staff
  • Two years of patient access experience
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Advanced communication and computer skills. Proven history of sound decision making; problem solving; and analytical thinking.
  • Complex appointment scheduling via the NICE computer-based system, requires use of EPIC and Teams.
  • Experience as a scheduler needed. Schedules for 4 high volumes, high- risk preganancy clinics.
