Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of consumer banking customers by providing personalized financial updates and solutions.
• Acquire new-to-bank customers through active prospecting, referrals, and participation in branch marketing events.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable wealth management, deposit, and insurance products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal branch teams and product specialists to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, operational risk procedures, and bank policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service within the banking or financial services industry.
• Sound knowledge of consumer banking products, financial advisory processes, and market trends.
• Relevant regulatory certifications in wealth management and insurance are highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer segments.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting performance targets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
