Location: New York, NY 10020
Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Overview
The Office Hospitality Associate supports conference rooms, meetings, catering, pantry areas, reception coverage, and general office operations within a professional corporate environment.
This is an entry-level opportunity with the potential for permanent hire. Candidates with hospitality, restaurant, housekeeping, customer service, or office support experience are encouraged to apply. Prior reception experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities

Set up, clean, organize, and reset conference and meeting rooms.

Monitor meeting schedules and ensure rooms are prepared accurately and on time.

Stock and maintain kitchens, pantries, conference rooms, and hospitality areas.

Prepare coffee and beverages and assist with catering setup and orders.

Maintain inventory of hospitality, pantry, and catering supplies.

Perform daily walkthroughs to ensure shared areas remain clean, stocked, and organized.

Provide reception desk coverage during lunch breaks.

Answer phones and assist employees, visitors, and clients with general requests.

Operate basic audio/visual equipment for meetings as needed.

Provide additional hospitality and office support as assigned.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

1+ year of professional experience preferred.

Hospitality, restaurant, housekeeping, customer service, or office support experience is preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Professional phone and email etiquette.

Strong organization and attention to detail.

Dependable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Dress Code: Business casual. Black collared button-up shirts and dark sneakers are acceptable.
