Accounts Receivable Analyst
Primary Location: New York, New York
 
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for aAccounts Receivable Analystfor our premier client inNew York, New York.
 
Education and Experience »
  • 2-3 years in a core AR/Billing role is ideal. Industry experience does not matter (Advertising, Telecom/Cable a plus but not needed)
  • Finance type of degree is preferred.
  • Invoice and billing experience.
  • Excel skills must be advanced.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Zuora (Billing) is a BIG plus.
  • Problem solving skills are a must.
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed departmental key performance indicators.
  • Professionally interact with and engage multiple operational groups across the company and outside clients.
  • Represent company in a professional and positive manner in all facets.
  • Help support the collections manager/lead to help drive future enhancements and processes.
  • Reach out to customers and resolve balances.
  • Build out new workflows.
  • Will start out transactional and evolve into more strategic, operational and analytical work.
  • Some level of analytics will be involved as the role progresses.
  • Freewheel comprises of multiple product offerings so we support both buyers and sellers, this role will need to analyze billing across both sides and determine.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
