In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage production issues or support, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with vendors and stakeholders
• Manage vendor contracts and follow up on any issues that arise, ensuring smooth collaboration and service delivery
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with vendors, users, and stakeholders
• Lead and manage project tasks, coordinate deliverables, and ensure effective communication with vendors and stakeholders
• Provide technical support, including knowledge of OS basics such as command line and file/server management

Requirements

•  in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
• Proficient in managing production issues, vendor contracts, and technical support
• Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to lead and manage project tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with OS basics, including command line and file/server management
