JOB TITLE
Part-time Coordinator/Merchandiser
MISSION - PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Disney Full-time Merchandiser fills, maintains and monitors sunglass fixtures on Disney Park Property.
POSITION OF THE JOB IN THE ORGANIZATION
Reporting to: Manager of Merchandising Operations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Stock, maintain and clean sunglasses and fixtures on Disney property
• Follow Disney's strict appearance and conduct guidelines
• Maintain and clean all sunglasses and fixtures daily
• Complete inventory when required
• Must be able to follow Planogram set up
• Keep stock areas neat and clean at all times
• Job scope is subject to change based on business needs
• Work in all type of weather
• Ability to work on your own without constant supervision

LOCATION
Lake Buena Vista, Florida
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE
• Fluent English (both spoken and written), other language is a plus
• Follow Disney's conduct guidelines and must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week (all daytime hours)
• Must be willing to work most weekends
• Must be willing to work on some Holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds on a regular basis
• Must have computer or smartphone
• Autonomous, with strong ability to work effectively in multi-cultural, geographically dispersed teams.
