• Administer and maintain Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions through Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell.
• Monitor system performance and availability and respond to incidents and service requests.
• Implement and enforce security policies, including MFA, conditional access, and data loss prevention (DLP).
• Support email hygiene and protection using Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
Experience:
• Proven experience in administering Office 365 environments.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and identity management.
• Understanding of security and compliance features in Microsoft 365.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, or equivalent are a plus.
PowerShell scripting, Python (or equivalent), Windows/Linux automation, SQL operational tasks, and integration with monitoring tools.
