About The Client:
A global professional services network and part of the Big Four, along with Client, EY, and KPMG, operating across 149 countries worldwide.
Essential Job Functions:
- Support in managing Offensive Security governance with a focus on penetration testing, Red teaming, AI and OT security, MSSP management, and program execution.
- Ensure management of end-to-end lifecycle of scheduled and ad-hoc pentesting, including planning, stakeholder coordination, access management, execution tracking, and centralized issue management.
- Support in driving the annual pentest calendar, Red teaming missions.
- Ensure alignment with GRC requirements and manage escalations across business and technology teams.
- Support advanced security initiatives such as deception deployments.
- Collaborate with TVM on attack surface prioritization and remediation tracking.
- Act as the primary interface for external security vendors/MSSPs, ensuring delivery quality, SLA adherence, reporting standards, and billing governance.
- Work on SOPs, methodologies, processes and automation related to the assignment.
Qualifications:
Skills Required
- 8-10 years of experience in Application Security / Offensive Security.
- Strong understanding of penetration testing processes, OWASP Top 10, and risk-based vulnerability prioritization.
- Ability to drive programs end-to-end: planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, maturity models, GRC alignment).
- Working knowledge of cloud, application, and network security concepts (semi-technical depth).
- Ability to manage multiple streams (pentesting, red teaming, deception, ASM) in parallel with strong prioritization.
