Manager of Shift Production - New Oxford, PA

Location: New Oxford, PA

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and materials to execute daily production plans efficiently.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to production staff, implementing corrective actions when necessary to ensure production goals are achieved.
• Monitor production schedules, track performance metrics, and ensure timely fulfillment of production targets.
• Partner with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the production team.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Apprenticeship in an appropriate technical environment
• Additional specialist qualification and leadership certificate
• Proven experience of working in a similar environment
• Effective leadership skills — finding the balance between drawing a line and mindfulness
