  • Data Mapping: Connect form fields to data using formats like XML, JSON, and XPath.
  • System Integration: Link SmartComm with larger systems like Guidewire or Client via APIs.
Review & Testing: Test templates to make sure customer letters, policies, and bills are accurate and compliant
