Position Title: Observer / Controllers

Location: Camp Mackall, NC, Fort Bragg, NC

Clearance required: No security clearance required

Scope of Work:Augment instructors as observer/controller subject matter experts during training, providing operational expertise that lets cadre focus on instruction.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Augment instructors as observer/controller SMEs. 
• Observe, control, and assess student performance. 
• Support in-role instruction and scenario adjustment. 

Qualifications

• Operational experience relevant to the supported ARSOF course 
• Instructor or observer/controller experience 
• United States citizen or legally documented alien without adverse background information 
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English 
• Pass E-Verify and the Government counterintelligence-focused security review; medically fit for field conditions
