Outside Sales Representative (Dallas, TX)

NOVOS FiBER is bringing fast, reliable fiber internet to DFW neighborhoods, and we're looking for driven outside sales reps to help us grow. As a door-to-door representative, you'll be the face of our brand in your community.

What you'll do

• Work assigned territories, meeting homeowners face to face
• Build awareness of NOVOS FiBER in new and growing markets
• Show customers how our service beats what they have today
• Turn conversations into signed customers

Key Responsibilities

 

• • Knock doors in assigned territories to generate new customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Present NOVOS FiBER's benefits, tailoring your pitch to each homeowner
  • Answer questions on pricing, features, and installation
  • Build relationships with HOAs to earn community trust and drive sales
  • Track all activity, including conversations, interest level, and follow-ups
  • Share field feedback with sales and marketing to sharpen our strategy
  • Join ongoing training on product, sales skills, and industry trends
  • Represent NOVOS FiBER professionally in every interaction

Qualifications:

Requirements

• • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable walking neighborhoods outdoors for extended periods in all weather
  • Available to work evenings and Saturdays, when homeowners are home
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own time in the field

  Nice to Have

  • • Outside sales or door-to-door experience
    • A track record of hitting or beating sales targets
    • Familiarity with fiber, broadband, or telecom
    • Sales training or further education

Salary

$50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. Target OTE of $80,000 (base + commission).

NOVOS FiBER may adjust the commission plan based on company performance, market conditions, product changes, or regulatory updates. We will provide at least 30 days' notice and a clear explanation for any changes.
