And we’re looking for aPartner Executive Assistant (Health Industry)to start immediately Industry: Healthcare – Psychiatry / Mental Health Services Work Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) Role Overview:The Practice Operations Manager / Executive Assistant will function as a Practice Manager / Chief-of-Staff–level partner to the practice owner. This role is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, supervising virtual healthcare assistants, and supporting nurse practitioners to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable practice operations. This is a senior-level position requiring independence, strong leadership, and experience managing people and complex workflows in a healthcare or professional services environment. Key Responsibilities:Practice & Operations ManagementOversee daily administrative operations of the psychiatry practiceEnsure workflows, staffing, and internal processes run smoothlySupport the practice owner with executive-level administrative and operational tasksTeam Leadership & SupervisionSupervise and manage two Virtual Healthcare Assistants (current and upcoming)Provide guidance, feedback, and performance oversight to virtual staffCoordinate staffing needs as the practice expandsClinical & Provider SupportProvide administrative support to nurse practitionersCoordinate schedules, documentation, and operational needs for providersAct as a central point of coordination between leadership, clinicians, and support staff Required Skills & QualificationsSenior-level experience as a Practice Manager, Operations Manager, Executive Assistant, or Chief-of-Staff–type roleBackground in healthcare, mental health, or clinical operations strongly preferredProven experience managing and supervising remote staffStrong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skillsAbility to operate independently in a fast-growing environment Communication RequirementsReading & Comprehension: Advanced Must review SOPs, healthcare documentation, and operational workflowsWritten English: Advanced and professional Drafting internal communications, documentation, and coordination materialsSpoken English: Strong; neutral to minimal accent preferred Leadership-level coordination withU.S.-based clinicians and staff Tools & SystemsInternal healthcare and administrative systems (details provided via SOPs)Email and document management toolsWing Workspace (task tracking, communication, documentation) Technical Requirements:• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature• Working Webcam• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps Benefits:• Health Insurance (HMO)• Performance Incentives• Job Security and Stability• Paid Training• Inclusive Culture• Upskilling Opportunities• 100% Work-From-Home• Exceptionally Supportive Team• Opportunities for Career Growth• Fun Work Environment• Holiday & Overtime Pay PAY: PHP 80,000.00
