e.construct designs structures such as bridges, high-rise design, commercial facilities design, precast concrete engineering, and post-tensioning design. We are a multi-disciplinary engineering design firm with specialized design and value engineering services. The firm's core work is holistic at its approach, and it has divisions in structural, MEP, Geotechnical, and emerging construction technology such as 3D printing of concrete, technology, and 3D laser scanning.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveProcurement Specialistto join our small but dynamic procurement team. The role requires hands-on involvement in day-to-day procurement operations, close coordination with the Finance team, and effective collaboration across diverse teams. Experience in ERP systems such asNetSuite orOracle is essential to streamline procurement workflows and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Operations
- Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor records inNetSuite/Oracle ERP.
- Ensure timely processing of procurement requests and approvals.
- Support the team in sourcing, negotiating, and contracting suppliers.
- Vendor & Supplier Management
- Maintain vendor database, track supplier performance, and support supplier evaluations.
- Follow up with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and order confirmations.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company procurement standards.
- Financial Coordination
- Collaborate closely with theFinance team on invoice verification, payment schedules, and reconciliation.
- Track purchase order to payment cycles, resolving mismatches or discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on procurement spend, cost savings, and budget adherence.
- Team & Stakeholder Support
- Work in alignment with amulti-diverse team across departments (Engineering, Operations, Creative, etc.).
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Procurement Manager and wider team.
- Participate in continuous process improvements to optimize procurement efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of procurement experience, ideally in a small to mid-sized team environment.
- Hands-on experience withNetSuite or Oracle ERP (mandatory).
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with Finance and other teams.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic knowledge of procurement policies, compliance, and vendor management best practices.
