Thispositionassists in theadministrationofinternal and external course and shelfexams. The role is part time with variable days and hours.

Essential Functions

• Proctoravarietyof course exams,includingbut not limited to:Medical student Year 1 and Year 2 courseexams, National Board of Medical Examiners Shelf Exams, Practice KAPLAN Board Exams
• Assist student with IPad resets
• Maintainconfidentialityandsecurityofall testing materials,testlogs, and other testdocuments
• Mustbevigilant -ableto paycloseattention tocheatingorpreventionofcheating;able toadministerAssessment Departmentrules  
• Maintain aquiet atmosphereappropriate totesting
• Preparedocumentation ofcheating ordishonestytoassist instudent disciplineprocess
• Returntestingmaterials to theappropriateinstructors ,agencies,orothercollegesasrequired
• Workwith students whohave needofspecialaccommodations

• Skills typically acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent
• Requires familiarity and comfort using Apple IPad and iOS software
