
Service - Turnkey Coordinator
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESÂ Â
Help manageday to day maintenance operations. Offers clerical support tomanagement team. Helps manage office procedures andscheduling.Â
Manage move in/out keys and dates, scheduled vendors.Â
Manage resident requests via Happy co.Â
Manage Service Technicians with service requests. Maintaining properorder of requests, scheduling future work with residents.Â
Complete statement of deposit accountingon move outs after assessing damages.Â
Assisting with supply orders and generating PO’s, processing invoices for maintenance related items.Â
Pre-walk move-in units to ensure the highest standard/quality possible Â
Schedule vendors for turn units Â
Complete move-in inspections with the new resident, ensuring all concerns are taken care ofÂ
Taking the lead onassisting residentswith potential problemsÂ
Assisting the administrative department with clerical duties, such as organizing work schedules. Providecall backs forquality of work insurance.Â
Processing work orders, organizing invoices, andassisting admin staff with payroll.Â
Performing office duties, such as answering phones, emails, sendingnotices and replying to messages.Â
Managing daily office operations andmaintaining an organized work environment.Â
Facilitating communication between management and residents.Â
Overseeing and interpreting the company's administrative policies and procedures.Â
Â
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEÂ Â
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 months to1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Â
 Â
LANGUAGE SKILLSÂ Â
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Â
Ability towrite routine reports and correspondence.Â
Ability to speak effectively withresidents one-on-one or groups of employees. Â
 Â
REASONING ABILITYÂ Â
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.Â
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Â
