Outpatient Therapist, Adult and Child
Fee for Service Contract · Philadelphia, PA · Minimum 20 hours per week
Plenty of contract roles promise flexibility. This one is built around it.
CATCH Inc. is hiring a therapist for a position with real control over your schedule, pay that grows with your caseload, and clinical support behind you.
Build your week around your life
Pick your hours from any of these:
In person · Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Telehealth evenings · Monday to Thursday, 5:00pm to 8:00pm
Telehealth Saturdays · 8:30am to 5:00pm
Pay that grows with your caseload
$35/hour adult clients
$38/hour child clients
Your rate climbs as your billable hours do:
| Billable hours per week | Added to your rate |
|---|---|
| 20 hours | +$7.50/hour |
| 25 hours | +$10/hour |
| 30 hours | +$15/hour |
Build your caseload and your rate goes up, not just your total.

- Managing your schedule in our electronic health records system, and clearing alerts and failed claims as they come up
- Submitting billing documentation on time and flagging insurance changes to the front desk
- Completing discharge and transfer summaries

The support behind you
- Direct access to a licensed psychologist

What you bring
A master's degree or PhD in counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health field, plus experience in outpatient or partial hospital settings.
We welcome therapists interested in working with adults, children, or a caseload that includes both.
Good to know
Clearances and CBH credentialing are required before you begin seeing clients. We'll walk you through both.
If you've been looking for a contract role where the flexibility, the pay, and the support line up, we'd like to hear from you.
