We are hiring an AI Architect 

Hybrid working model – Novi Sad or Belgrade 

Role Description 

We are seeking an experiencedAI Architect to define, govern, and drive enterprise AI architecture initiatives across large-scale AI ecosystems, platforms, and transformational programs.In this role, you will lead the architectural strategy for Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and Enterprise AI Platforms, ensuring alignment with businessobjectives, security requirements, and enterprise technology standards. 

As a key technical leader, you willestablish architectural principles, technology roadmaps, governance frameworks, and implementation standards while working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to both business and technology stakeholders, guiding architectural decisions, evaluating emerging technologies, and driving enterprise adoption of AI capabilities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Define and drive enterprise architecture for AI, Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, and multi-agent ecosystems. 

• Establish AI platform strategies, technology roadmaps, architectural standards, and governance frameworks. 

• Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native AI solutionsleveraging Azure AI services and modern architecture patterns. 

• Translate business requirements into solution architectures andimplementation roadmaps. 

• Guide engineering teams on architecture decisions, performance optimization, technical risks, and production readiness. 

• Review solution designs, proofs of concept, integrations, data architectures, andMLOps practices to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. 

• Drive adoption of AI best practices, including LLM architecture, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and Responsible AI principles. 

• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, security, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of enterprise AI solutions. 

• Lead architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and stakeholder discussions while mentoring architects and engineers. 

Your Profile 

Must Have Requirements: 

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, AI Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Software Engineering, or related disciplines. 

• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise technology or transformation initiatives. 

• Strongexpertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, and modern AI architectures. 

• Hands-on experience designing enterprise AI platforms and cloud-native solutions on Azure. 

• Strong knowledge of Azure AI services, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, integrations, and modern architecture patterns. 

• Experience withMLOps, observability, security, resilience, and operational best practices. 

• Understanding of Responsible AI, governance, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and risk management principles. 

• Experience leading architectural decisions and collaborating with senior business and technology stakeholders. 

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, ora related field. 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, capital markets, or other regulated industries. 

• Experience withLangGraph,LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks. 

• Experience with Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Apache Spark, Azure Data Factory, or modern data platforms. 

• Experience with vector databases, graph databases, knowledge graphs, and advanced retrieval architectures. 

• Experience leading architecture governance initiatives and enterprise technology strategy programs. 

• Azure, TOGAF, Kubernetes, Databricks, or Generative AI related certifications.
