WHATYOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 

• Building up a team of AI engineers in Warsawby hiring talentswith the right capabilities and mindset.  

• Further developing the competencies and capabilities of the engineers inWarsaw locationthrough continuouslycoaching and mentoring ofengineers in your reporting line 

• Being the servant leaderand taking on the role as Scrum Masterof 1-2 smaller teams working on AI initiatives with focus on ensuring they are achieving the desired business outcomes.  

• Working closely witha number of stakeholders including other Engineering Managers, Product Management, and UX to understand and refine the customer outcomes that you and your teamsare responsible for delivering 

• Helping the teams set business goals using the OKRframework, and contributing to implementandimproveagile processes for your teams as well as ourarea as a whole.  

• Understanding and defining relevant engineering metrics to gain insight intothe quality ofyour team’ssoftware deliveries and help drive improvements 

• Fostering a healthy working environment withpsychological safetyandaculture of innovation within the teams you lead as well as among the engineers within your reporting line.

• Experience from aglobal company with distributed team – ideally within the financial sector 

• Experience with AI,vibe-coding, agentic workflows etc.
