Your role

• Support CRM campaign execution, including communication calendar management, content development, campaign exposure and performance review.
• Assist in daily tracking and basic business performance analysis.
• Support private domain operations, including WeCom, WeChat content planning, and member activation activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure excellence in campaign execution.
