Logistic Subject Matter Expert

About the Role

We are looking for ahigh-impact Logistic Domain SME to take ownership of execution excellence and drive transformation within our logistics operations.

This is ahands-on, high-visibility role combiningoperational ownership, continuous improvement, and project leadership, with a strong focus ondata-driven decision making and digital innovation.

You will partner with the Logistics Domain Manager (cost & vendor management), while leadingexecution performance and internal optimization initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Own logistics execution within your subdomain,ensuring smooth, stable, and efficient logistic execution
• Act as thego-to expert for operational collaborative performance and problem solving
• Leadcontinuous improvement initiatives that deliver real business impact
• Drive adoption ofadvanced tools, automation, and AI-based solutions
• Manage projects end-to-end as aPMO lead, from definition through execution
• Translate data intoinsights, actions, and measurable improvements
• Collaborate across planning, manufacturing, quality, and support teams

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics / operations / supply chain
• Proven ability tolead processes, projects, and improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working incomplex, high-volume environments
• Ability to influence and drive results across multiple stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP/analytics tools
• Exposure to automation/digital systems/AI use cases
• Background in semiconductor/manufacturing environments
