EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities

Theresponsibilitiesofthepositioninclude,butarenotlimitedto,thefollowing:

• Administerend-to-endprocessingforU.S.biweeklyandmonthlypayrollcycles,ensuringaccurateandtimelypayrolldelivery.
• EnsurecompliancewithU.S.payrollregulationsandrequirementsforexemptandnon-exemptemployees,includingunionandnon-unionpopulations,garnishments,andbonusandseverancepaymentprocessing.
• Assistintheresolutionofpayrollerrorsandsystemissuesbyanalyzingpayroll-relateddata,conductingresearch,andimplementingappropriatesolutions.
• Identifyopportunitiesforprocessimprovementsandhelpdefineandimplementstandardsfornewpayrollprocesses.
• MaintainU.S.payrollrecordsandfilesinaccordancewithcompanypoliciesandapplicablerecordretentionrequirements;supportresponsestointernalandexternalinformationrequestsasneeded.
• Assistinthedevelopment,documentation,andcontinuousimprovementofU.S.payrollprocedures,guidelines,andstandardoperatingprocedures(SOPs).
• Participateinperiodicreviewsandauditsofpayroll-relatedprocessestoensurecompliancewithcompanypoliciesandU.S.federal,state,andlocalpayrolllawsandregulations.
• EstablishandmaintaineffectiveworkingrelationshipswithFinance,Compensation,Benefits,HumanResources,andotherbusinesspartners;serveasaresourceforU.S.payroll-relatedinquiriesandrequests.
• Supportpayrollcomplianceandcontrolactivities,includingSOXtestingandauditrequirements.
• Processstockoptions,restrictedstockunits(RSUs),dividendequivalentunits(DEUs),andotherequity-relatedpayrolltransactionsasrequired.
• Participateinpayrollsystemtestingactivities,includingupgrades,enhancements,patches,andimplementations.
• Reviewpayrollauditreportsandexceptionreportstoensurepayrollaccuracyandcompliance.
• ParticipateinallU.S.payrollyear-endactivities,includingW-2preparation,reconciliation,andregulatoryreporting.
• Supportpayrolltax,compliance,reporting,andreconciliationactivitiesasneededtoensureaccuratepayrolladministration.
