This function is the link between the customer and the internal and

external sales organization.  It is the direct contact point for all questions from customers, ensures order and delivery follow up, solves customer requests, handles general sales administration, returns, credit notes, …

Tasks:

• Responsible for the order handling for a group of customers within an international environment.
• Telephone or e-mail contact with customers: providing information, solving problems, receiving orders, handling complaints, …
• Ensures timely and accurate order follow up and customer service.
• Develops a high level of product knowledge.   
• Follows up credit notes, invoices, in co-operation with central accounting.
• Responsible for customer product returns, including administration.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree.

1-2 years of experience in a customer service area is preferable.  

Commercial insight, excellent knowledge of the Dutch, French & English language (written and spoken), good computing skills, organizational talent, team player but able to work independently, stress resilient.
