CSCS TXEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Fulfillment & Operations Excellence 
• Lead end-to-end fulfillment ops including receiving, inventory control, packing, and shipping Â
• Partner with the Procurement Team to ensure the most cost-effective pricing is achieved Â
• Ensure fast, accurate, and reliable delivery of items to support field and center execution Â
• Establish and maintain workflows that drive throughput, reduce cycle time, and eliminate operational friction Â
• Maintain a clean, organized, and performance-driven warehouse environment 
Inventory Accuracy & Control
• Own inventory integrity through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes Â
• Implement disciplined controls for high-value tools, calibration equipment, parts, and fleet-related assets Â
• Partner with Procurement to align inventory levels with demand and forecast accuracy Â
• Proactively reduce shrinkage, obsolescence, and excess inventory Â
Fleet Management & Oversight 
• Oversee the management of the company fleet of vehicles supporting Protech and mobile business operations Â
• Partner with Field Leadership and Fleet stakeholders to ensure vehicles are properly assigned, maintained, tracked, and available to support business needs Â
• Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle readiness, maintenance schedules, and downtime to support technician productivity Â
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, registrations, and compliance requirements Â
• Support disciplined tracking of fleet-related assets, equipment, and inventory assigned to company vehicles Â
• Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency, reduce operating costs, and maximize vehicle availability Â
Fleet & Field Enablement 
• Ensure rapid and dependable fulfillment supporting fleet repair, maintenance, and calibration services Â
• Enable Protech mobile technicians with timely access to critical tools, components, and properly equipped vehicles Â
• Coordinate expedited and same-day logistics to minimize technician downtime and delays Â
• Support vehicle readiness to ensure field teams have access to safe, reliable, and properly stocked company vehicles 
Process Improvement & Scalability 
• Develop, implement, and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) Â
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and performance metrics Â
• Build scalable processes to support multi-site growth, fleet expansion, and increasing operational complexity Â
• Leverage KPIs to monitor performance and drive accountability across warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, and fleet operations 
Team Leadership & Development 
• Lead, and develop high-performing warehouse team Â
• Establish clear expectations, roles, and accountability standards Â
• Foster a culture centered on safety, performance, and continuous improvement Â
• Align staffing and resources to meet fluctuating demand 
Safety & Compliance 
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations Â
• Lead safety training, audits, and continuous awareness initiatives Â
• Promote a safety-first culture across all warehouse and fleet-related operations Â
• Support compliance with company vehicle policies, inspection requirements, and safe vehicle operating standards 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualifications 
• 5+ years distribution center fleet experience Â
• Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvement Â
• Experience with inventory management systems (WMS) Â
• Experience overseeing fleet operations, vehicle readiness, maintenance coordination, or asset management preferred Â
• Demonstrated success partnering across multiple departments Â
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
