About the role

We are seeking an experiencedInfrastructure Manager to lead a team responsible for the availability, resilience, security and ongoing evolution of Cabrini’s technology infrastructure (on premise and cloud). This senior leadership role combines people leadership, operational excellence and strategic thinking to ensure reliable, high-quality infrastructure services that support Cabrini’s business objectives. As a trusted technology partner, you’ll work closely with Technology leaders, stakeholders and vendors to solve complex challenges, drive continuous improvement and enable Cabrini’s technology future.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Lead and develop the infrastructure team, fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure reliable, secure and resilient infrastructure, meeting agreed service levels and supporting business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Manage infrastructure lifecycle and service delivery, including maintenance, upgrades, projects and key IT service management practices.
• Provide strategic technology leadership, advising the CIO and Technology Leadership Team on infrastructure strategy, investment, risks and opportunities.
• Build strong stakeholder and vendor partnerships, ensuring effective service delivery, performance management and alignment with business needs.
• Drive governance, risk and financial management, including security, compliance, documentation, standards, budgets and achieving value from infrastructure investments.

What we’re looking for

• Proven infrastructure leadership experience within a complex enterprise environment, ideally in healthcare or another highly regulated sector.
• Strong technical expertise across enterprise infrastructure including cloud, networks, servers, storage, databases, telephony and data centres.
• Strong service management capability, with knowledge of ITIL, contemporary delivery practices, DevOps and Agile.
• Experience in governance, cyber security, risk and compliance, with a strong focus on resilient and secure technology services.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels.
• Strong commercial and transformation capability, including budget management, vendor performance and delivering technology transformation with measurable business outcomes.
