SummaryÂ
As aSystems Engineering Intern, you will work alongside experienced systems engineers to support the design, development, and integration of advanced unmannedaircraft systems (UAS) and their subsystems. This role provides hands-on exposure to requirements development, system architecture, technical documentation, and project planning — while offering real contributions to projects that matter.Â

WhatYou’ll DoÂ
Assist in reviewing and analyzingcustomer requirements to understand system impactsÂ
Help develop and documentsystem-level requirements, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and specificationsÂ
Supporttrade studies, cost/schedule estimation, and technical planning effortsÂ
Participate indesign reviews andassist with creating materials for presentationsÂ
Collaborate with engineers fromElectrical, Mechanical, Software, andTest disciplines to ensure effective integrationÂ
Aid in documenting and trackingsystem-level issues, risks, andchangesÂ
Contribute to test planning andverification/validation effortsÂ
Gain experience withModel-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and best practicesÂ
Perform various engineering support tasks under the mentorship of experienced engineersÂ

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)Â
Currently pursuing aBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (Systems, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline)Â
Strong interest in systems engineering, aerospace, or defense technologyÂ
Exposure to technical documentation or systems modeling through coursework or projectsÂ
Familiarity with engineering principles includingrequirements development,design, andintegrationÂ
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ

The salary range for this role is:

This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
