Senior Performance Executive

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Execute performance marketing campaigns in line with client strategies and KPIs
• Liaise with media vendors and third-party platforms to stay up to date with new features and best practices
• Oversee and troubleshoot live campaigns, ensuring consistent delivery against performance goals and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
• Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights, guiding internal teams and clients toward smarter decisions and stronger outcomes. Generate campaign reports and ensure accuracy in trafficking, QA, and pacing
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g., creative, strategy, analytics) to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements:
Knowledge & Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital media execution (agency experience preferred)

• Strong understanding of self-serve platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager

• Experience in running and optimizing performance campaigns is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Highly organized with a good sense of ownership and time management

• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
