What You’ll Be Doing

• Evaluating residents, creating individualized treatment plans, and celebrating patient progress.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.
• Helping residents regainstrength, mobility, confidence, and independence.
• Working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team that truly works together.
• Educating residents and families while building meaningful relationships.
• Bringing positive energy, professionalism, and compassion to work every day.
• Participating in the development and implementation of rehabilitation goals.
• Communicating with residents, families, physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Supporting a safe, positive, and respectful therapy environment.

What We’re Looking For

• ActiveCalifornia Physical Therapist License or eligibility to apply.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Familiarity with EHR systems such asNet Health or PointClickCare is a plus.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.
• Skilled nursing experience is great, butnot required.
• New graduates are welcome!
