Schedule:(Hybrid) Fridays are remote, while Mon-Thurs are in office

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: up to $23 an hourly with additional bonus potential

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receives incoming mail, opens, reviews, scans, and attached to AR items within SAP.
• Reviews general inbox emails and attach deduction support to AR items within SAP.
• Secures and organizes deduction backup from customers via websites and/or by email/phone communication.
• Maintains electronic storage files which contain various support documents or templates needed to process deductions.
• Accurately matches authorized deductions to planned promotions, ensures deductions are setup correctly, issues customer credit for valid claims and submit repayment for unauthorized claims.
• Update deduction status, action code, reason code, root cause code, performance dates and comments as they change in the deduction management system.
• Apply established processes, procedures, and supporting documentation to resolve deductions with an audit mindset following SOX compliance standards.
• Escalates issues and errors timely. Acts in the best interest of Winland Foods in all matters.
• Keeps Supervisor and/or Manager informed of activities that may require escalated attention.
• Backup cross training for front desk/mail room tasks for out of office coverage.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Work is performed primarily in an office environment. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods while using a computer, and other standard office equipment. Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and operating office technology is required. Close visual acuity is required to view electronic documents and screens. Occasional standing, walking, bending, or lifting of materials up to 15 pounds may be required. The employee is expected to maintain a safe and productive work environment that supports confidential business activities. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
