Sales and Design Associate Part Time

You will create a delightful and inspiring shopping experience for guests at the Garnet Hill retail store where visitors cantouch,feel, andpurchase our women’s apparel and products for the home made from nature’s finest fibersincluding cashmere,linen, and organic cotton.AsaSales/Design Associate, you will embrace and promote the Garnet Hill brand delivering an outstanding guest experience to increase sales and deliver an inspiring shopping experience in which our guest feels inspired and empowered to customize themselves and their space at home.  

This positionwillreport to theStore Manager. 

 Where You'll Work

This role isonsite and will require you to work from our, ​Dedham, MA location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Achieve sales following daily, weekly,monthly, and quarterly goals for thestore. 

• Helpmaintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop salesfloor. 

• Deliver excellent guest service by promoting an environment that is helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient for guests and teammembers. 

• Provide designexpertise during scheduled appointments and "on-demand" design time. 

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience. Design experience a plus 

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel (canmaintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POSsystems andprevious cash handlingrequired. 

• Ability to lift and mobilize medium tolarge items, up to50lbs. 

• Availability towork flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, andholidays.
