ヒューレット・パッカード エンタープライズ（Hewlett Packard Enterprise：HPE）は、高い専門知識とスキルを有し、意欲的に業務へ取り組めるテクニカルコンサルティングエンジニアを募集しています。

本ポジションでは、お客様のソフトウェア要件に対する専門的なレビュー、ソフトウェアアップグレードに伴うリスク評価、お客様ネットワークへの潜在的な影響分析、最適なソフトウェアリリースの推奨を担当していただきます。また、市場で確認されたソフトウェア不具合について詳細な分析を実施し、お客様ネットワークに対する潜在的な影響およびリスクを評価するとともに、お客様ごとのハードウェア、ソフトウェア、および利用機能に合わせた包括的なレポートを提供していただきます。

主な職務内容

1.ソフトウェアアップグレード要件の評価

• お客様から提供されたHPE Juniper Networking製品のソフトウェア、ハードウェア、および機能要件を確認・評価する。
• 現在使用しているハードウェア、利用機能、将来の要件、性能要件、高可用性（High Availability）要件、および過去の問題解決履歴を基に、対象となるソフトウェアリリースを決定する。
• 最新のネットワークインフラ設計やサービス変更内容を評価する。

2.対象ソフトウェアリリースの分析

• 対象となるソフトウェアリリースを分析し、お客様ネットワークへの潜在的な影響を評価する。
• 対象リリースに含まれる追加機能、デフォルト動作の変更、および構文変更（Syntax Change）について調査し、情報を提供する。
• 対象リリースおよびお客様のネットワークプロファイルに該当するソフトウェア不具合について、問題内容、影響、既知の発生条件（トリガー）、修正案または回避策を含めて情報を提供する。
• ソフトウェア不具合の詳細分析を実施し、お客様固有のビジネス要件およびネットワーク要件に基づいて、ネットワークへの潜在的な影響を評価する。また、当該不具合をCritical、Major、Minor、None のいずれかに分類する。
• 特定された不具合の発生可能性（Exposure Probability）を評価し、潜在的な問題を回避するための推奨事項を提供する。

3.ソフトウェアアップグレード推奨

• 対象ソフトウェアリリースの分析結果に基づき、HPE Juniper Networking製品のソフトウェアアップグレードに関する包括的な推奨を行う。
• ソフトウェアアップグレード評価結果、対象ソフトウェア分析結果、および推奨される変更点・改善点を取りまとめたレポートを提供する。

4.不具合分析

• お客様の導入済みネットワークプロファイルに該当するソフトウェア不具合を分析する。
• お客様固有のビジネス要件およびネットワーク要件に基づき、各不具合の潜在的影響レベル（Critical、Major、Minor、None）を判断する。
• 問題の内容、影響、既知の発生条件、および推奨される修正案または回避策を含む詳細な分析レポートを提供する。

5.サービス提供

• 日本国内のHPE認定拠点からリモートでサービス成果物を提供することを保証する。
• 特別な指定がない限り、すべての成果物を日本語で提供する。
• HPE所定の休日を除く月曜日から金曜日の9:00～17:30（現地時間）をサービス提供時間とし、それを遵守する。

6.顧客対応

• 効率的なサービス提供を行うために必要な情報、および関連資料を収集するため、お客様と密接に連携する。
• お客様との定例会議やレビュー会議に参加し、成果物および分析結果を説明する。
• 技術的支援および専門的な知見を提供する。

必須応募資格

• コンピューターサイエンス、情報技術、または関連分野の学士号を有すること。
• 日本語の読み書きおよび会話能力がネイティブレベルであること。
• ネットワーキング関連のソフトウェアおよびハードウェア製品に関する深い知識を有すること。
• ネットワークインフラ設計およびソフトウェア開発プロセスに関する経験を有すること。
• 優れた分析力および問題解決能力を有すること。
• 技術情報を明確かつ効果的に伝達できるコミュニケーション能力を有すること。
• 課題や問題点を分かりやすく説明できるプレゼンテーション能力を有すること。

歓迎する経験

• 通信業界において5年以上の実務経験を有し、ネットワーク設計、ネットワークソフトウェア開発、導入・展開、またはテクニカルサポートのいずれかの経験を有すること。さらに、大規模かつ複雑なIPベースネットワーク環境における実践的なトラブルシューティング経験を有すること。
• ネットワークプロトコル、サービスプロバイダーネットワーク、およびエンタープライズネットワークのアーキテクチャについて、ネットワークレベルおよびシステムレベルの両面から深い知識を有すること。
• ソフトウェア不具合分析およびリスクアセスメントに関する知識または経験を有すること。

• 本ポジションでは、日本国内のお客様拠点への出張が発生する場合があります。
