THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Position Description:

The Program Manager shall bedesignated by the Contractor and shall have complete authority to act for the Contractor in every detail during the period of performance of the contract.The Program Manager shallpossess recent experience in the management and supervision of data center facility operations and maintenance for Tier III, multi-tenant, government datacenters or equivalent experience.

The Program Manager shall be able to: 

i.  Analyze new and complex project related problems; 

ii.  Create innovative solutions involving large complex tasks; 

iii.  Provide strategic planning for long term initiatives such as energy efficiency improvements and life cycle management of critical infrastructure; and 

iv.  Provide strategy tooptimize and grow NCCIPS capabilities to attract new Customers. 

Education/Experience:

The PM must possessat least five years of recent experience managing and supervising data center facility operations and maintenance for Tier III, multi-tenant, government data centers (or equivalent).

Bachelor's degree in respective field or equivalent, and 5 years of related experience.

The PM is expected to holdactive PMP and ITIL Foundation certifications.
