Job Description 

POSITION:Production Associate – Test – Level 2 

REPORTS TO:Cell Team Leader 

AREA:Production 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High school education or equivalent 

• Ability to read and understand test procedures 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Good computer skills 

• Works well in team environment 

• IPC-A-610 certification preferred, but not required 

• Experience testing PCBs 

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: 

• Set up and test units per procedures using automated equipment 

• Identification of proper equipment to be used 

• Properly fill out production documentation 

• Notify Electronic Technician of non-conforming units or test fixtures 

• Identify electronic components (polarity, incorrect part, etc.) 

• Rotate to different workstations and different cells as needed 

• Documents pass/fail results and troubleshoot information in the MES System (Vision) 

• As required – compile and validate test results and test logs for customer and regulatory requirements 

• As required – complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysis 

• Set-up and test units per procedures using correct equipment 

• Use of non-automated equipment when necessary (DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.)
