• Timely generation of invoices and credit notes in system.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness as per the signed contract with customers.
• Ensure all invoicing procedures comply with company policies and GST E-invoicing conditions.
• Work closely with other departments, such as Collection / Sales and Operations team, to ensure accurate billing information, internal customer satisfaction and minimize escalations.
• Assist in preparing reconciliations for monthly reporting and statutory audit.
• Assist in testing for system developments .
