Team Lead, SME Banking (Licensed)

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.

Responsibilities:

• Align with the bank’s strategy and business plans to build a substantial deposit portfolio
• Identify customer needs through providing quality service and sound financial solutions so as to increase the penetration and deepen wallet share
• Partner with Global Transaction Services, Treasury & Markets and Insurance Specialists to generate ideas and structure marketing campaigns to grow our SME banking business
• Collaborate with inter-group Units to capture opportunity for establishing relationship with high net worth corporate and intermediary customers
• Accountable for CDD/KYC and compliance related matters of own portfolio and collaborate with internal parties for account conduct monitoring
• Ensure compliance of internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
