Area Sales Supervisor (Beverage - East)

Job Description Summary :

Responsible for the performance of the sales team below and achievement of KPI behavior, KPI revenue, KPI collection and Service Level.

Job Description :

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of customer master data.

• Increase and maintain active outlet coverage.

• Ensure Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) consistently follow the prescribed selling steps.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Monitor and improve service levels across General Trade (GT)

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1)

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.

• Proven experience in leading and developing a sales team.

• Strong knowledge of General Trade (GT)

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
