ESSENTIAL DUTIESÂ Â

Analyzes and forecasts loan balances, AR collections, state revenueremainingÂ
Supplements the FP&A team in the budgeting processÂ
Collaborates with the different teams amongst the LIFT operationÂ
Develop materials to explain student finances more clearlyÂ
Create processes to allow the business to grow and scaleÂ
Presents project results to their team members periodicallyÂ
Implements business processes to support efficiency initiativesÂ

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEÂ
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Finance or AccountingÂ
Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scaleÂ
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially ExcelÂ
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business groupÂ
Strong analytical skillsÂ
Proficient communication and presentation skillsÂ
Flexible and willing to help other team members as projects ariseÂ

OTHER QUALIFICATIONSÂ
Ability to work onsite at our Indianapolis Headquarters location, unless otherwise directed by hiring managerÂ
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with a minimum of 20 hours for spring and fall internsÂ
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Â

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.Â
