Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components and designing solutions tailored to client requirements. The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of the software to ensure functionality and reliability. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements to existing systems, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving client needs. Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand project scope and deliverables is also a key part of the daily routine, fostering a dynamic and engaging work environment.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurable Network Computing (CNC).
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices related to enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within Oracle JD Edwards environments.
- Ability to customize and configure Oracle JD Edwards modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle JD Edwards with other enterprise systems.
- Competence in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle JD Edwards applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurable Network Computing (CNC).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
