Sales Support Specialist

As aSales Support Specialist, you will manage the process from receiving a customer purchase order through booking, coordination, and release for delivery. You will work closely with partners and teams across Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure orders are accurate, completed on time, and meet agreed SLAs.

This role goes beyond order processing. You will take ownership of order-related issues, coordinate across teams to resolve them, and help improve the quality and efficiency of how we work. As a senior member of the team, you will also support colleagues and explore howautomation and AI can improve our processes and service to partners and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own theorder and booking process from purchase order receipt through validation, booking, and warehouse release, ensuring accuracy and completion within agreed SLAs.
• Review purchase orders, commercial terms, delivery requirements, and documentation, identifying and resolvingmissing information, changes, risks, and exceptions.
• Coordinate withpartners, Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure orders move smoothly through execution and delivery.
• Take ownership ofcomplex or time-sensitive orders and issues, keeping stakeholders informed and coordinating the right teams through to resolution.
• Use operational data to identifyrecurring issues, delays, and process gaps, and help improve and standardise how the team works across regions.
• Support the development of the team throughknowledge sharing and process expertise, while identifying opportunities to useautomation and AI to improve quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales support, order management, commercial operations, customer service, logistics, or a similar operational environment.
• Experience managingpurchase orders and sales orders, including order changes, discrepancies, exceptions, and coordination across multiple teams.
• Experience working withERP and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is an advantage.
• Strongoperational and problem-solving skills, with experience managing multiple priorities, following issues through to resolution, and working within agreed SLAs.
• Experience withprocess improvement, automation, or operational excellence, with an interest in using AI and digital tools to improve ways of working.
• Experience working in aglobal or international environment, coordinating with stakeholders across different functions, regions, and time zones.

This role can be basedremotely in Germany or the UK, with occasional travel to an AutoStore office.
