Responsibilities

Market Engagement & Opportunity Origination

• Proactively identify and developnew business opportunities through executive relationships, industry engagement, networking, direct outreach, and strategic market activity

• Build trusted relationships withCxO‑level and senior decision‑makers to understand strategic priorities, business challenges, and transformation agendas

• Position the company’sendtoend value proposition in a compelling, business outcome oriented manner

Deal Shaping & Qualification

• Lead early stageopportunity qualification, including:

  • Strategic fit

  • Deal economics

  • Competitive positioning

  • Client decision structure and buying intent

• Drive deal shaping activitiesbefore formal sales engagement, ensuring opportunities are:

  • Material in size

  • Executable

  • Aligned to client value and company growth priorities

• Decide, in collaboration with leadership, whether opportunities should bepursued, refined, disqualified, or transitioned

Experience Requirements

• Strong background inBusiness Development, with a focus onnew sales and new logo acquisition

• Proven experience engaging withC‑suite, board‑level, and senior enterprise stakeholders

• Industry experience with the ability to adapt messaging and value propositions

• Demonstrated capability instrategic thinking, deal shaping, and roadmap planning for complex organizations
