Responsibilities
Market Engagement & Opportunity Origination
Proactively identify and developnew business opportunities through executive relationships, industry engagement, networking, direct outreach, and strategic market activity
Build trusted relationships withCxO‑level and senior decision‑makers to understand strategic priorities, business challenges, and transformation agendas
Position the company’sendtoend value proposition in a compelling, business outcome oriented manner
Deal Shaping & Qualification
Lead early stageopportunity qualification, including:
Strategic fit
Deal economics
Competitive positioning
Client decision structure and buying intent
Drive deal shaping activitiesbefore formal sales engagement, ensuring opportunities are:
Material in size
Executable
Aligned to client value and company growth priorities
Decide, in collaboration with leadership, whether opportunities should bepursued, refined, disqualified, or transitioned
Experience Requirements
Strong background inBusiness Development, with a focus onnew sales and new logo acquisition
Proven experience engaging withC‑suite, board‑level, and senior enterprise stakeholders
Industry experience with the ability to adapt messaging and value propositions
Demonstrated capability instrategic thinking, deal shaping, and roadmap planning for complex organizations
