AsDesert Springs Post Acute transitions into Willow Springs Healthcare Center, we're looking for an outgoing, organized, and compassionateReceptionist to help create an exceptional experience for our residents, families, guests, and team members.

What You'll Do

• Welcome visitors, residents, families, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment
• Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and scheduling
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Support department leaders with various clerical duties
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare privacy standards

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus
