SUMMARY: 

The Account Manager will provide support to clients and the Account Executives in obtaining,maintaining, and servicing commerciallines accounts. This position requiresto meet the overall needs of the clients. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Generates evidence of insurance for insureds, mortgages, and lessors. 

• Processes endorsements across several different lines of insurance by adding/deleting vehicles and drivers, mailing addresses, contact information, premise addresses, etc. 

• Retrieves policy documentation from various insurance portals for Account Executive review. 

• Responsible for taking payments, handling cancellations, and updating clients. 

• Creates andmaintains summaries of insurance. 

• Sends policies toinsured. 

• Answers insurer’s inquiries about their insurance. 

• Conducts audits. 

• Reviews andprocesses loss run requests. 

• Drafts and sends close out letters. 

• Presents assets to several markets, comparing quotesto then present the best options to our clients.  

• Follows up to ensure the policy has beenbound and no further action is needed. 

• Responsible for renewals and taking renewals out to market. 

• Prepares client renewals and new business strategies, including proposals and presentations.  

• Provides client support with all levels ofclient’sdecision-makers as well as the day-to-day technical client representatives. 

• Follows up with clients to address their needs and resolve any issues or concerns. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Must have a valid Florida state 4-40 license; 2-20 license preferred. 

• 1-2 years of experience in insurance client support. 

• Excellent customer service tone andgood work ethic. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 

• Strong technical knowledge of coverage in all commerciallines insurance. 

• Knowledge ofEPIC systema plus. 

• Knowledge of commercial insurance and products. 

• Ability to work independently but alsoassists members of the team. 

• Ability to alwaysmaintainprofessional manner. 

• Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge
